My life

Born and bred in east London, I grew up with seven brothers and sisters which meant life was never dull! Looking after younger siblings is where my passion for helping others originated. I have two children and live in Bow, east London working as both a Personal and Business Coach

Education/Training

I studied English Literature at university before going on to become a teacher in east London for over a decade. In a addition I am also a qualified: Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Krav Maga instructor, Mindfulness Coach, Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach
